Enterprise GPU compute brokerage

GPU capacity, sourced against your requirements.

Indesign Solutions brokers reserved and on-demand GPU compute for enterprises and AI-native teams. We match demand to a vetted network of high-reliability data centre operators, then structure the commercial terms around how you actually consume.

What we do

An independent layer between demand and supply.

We sit between buyers and operators, with no incentive to push a single facility or a single configuration. The mandate is to find the right capacity on the right terms, and to be accountable for delivery.

01

Capacity sourcing

Reserved and on-demand clusters from a vetted operator network. From single accelerators to multi-thousand GPU deployments, matched to availability windows and delivery timelines that hold.

02

Offtake structuring

Multi-year contracts, down payment and residual structures, pass-through economics. Commercial terms built around consumption profiles rather than a one-size rate card.

03

Network vetting

Operators are assessed on uptime history, power redundancy, interconnect, security posture, and delivery track record before they reach a shortlist. Availability alone does not qualify a facility.

04

Requirements translation

Workload, latency, data residency, and budget constraints become a precise capacity specification. The buyer sees options framed against their constraints, not a vendor brochure.

The network

Selected for reliability, not just availability.

Enterprise workloads do not tolerate downtime, opaque power arrangements, or operators who cannot evidence a delivery history. Every facility in the network is screened against the criteria below before any capacity reaches a client.

Facility tier

Tier III+ to Tier IV

Concurrently maintainable through to fault-tolerant designs, so planned maintenance does not interrupt running workloads.

Power

Redundant power paths

N+1 and 2N configurations with independent feeds, assessed alongside the operator's energy sourcing and cost stability.

Availability

Contracted uptime SLAs

Service levels written into the agreement, with the operator's historical performance verified rather than taken on trust.

Interconnect

Low-latency, carrier-diverse

Multiple carriers and resilient routing, sized for distributed training and high-throughput inference.

Hardware

Latest NVIDIA, plus alternative silicon

Validated configurations across Hopper (H100, H200), Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra (B200, GB200, B300, GB300), and forthcoming Vera Rubin systems. Where the workload favours it, we also source AMD Instinct (MI300X, MI350), Google TPU, AWS Trainium, and dedicated inference silicon such as Cerebras and Groq.

Jurisdiction

Sovereignty & residency

Placement by jurisdiction for data residency obligations, with export-control sensitivity applied to relevant geographies as standard.

How we work

A requirements-led process, start to handover.

The buyer's constraints drive every step. We do not lead with a facility and reverse-engineer a need to fit it.

01

Discovery

Workload profile, scale, latency tolerance, data residency, timeline, and budget. The inputs that determine what good actually looks like for you.

02

Specification

Constraints translated into a capacity and commercial specification, written in terms an operator can quote against precisely.

03

Sourcing

Matched against vetted operators. Availability, configuration, and terms validated before anything is put in front of you.

04

Structuring

A commercial structure that fits how you consume: reserved, on-demand, or multi-year offtake, with the economics modelled to your sensitivities.

05

Delivery

Provisioning and handover coordinated end to end. Accountability continues through ramp, not ending at signature.

Why Indesign

Built on enterprise infrastructure experience.

The work draws on a background across AI and ML, cloud, deep tech, and semiconductor. That means fluency in the things that decide whether a deal closes and a deployment lands: procurement, security review, multi-stakeholder buying, and the gap between a quoted rate and a delivered cluster.

Enterprises are not buying GPUs. They are buying certainty that capacity will be there, on terms they can defend internally, in a facility that will not fail them.
